About the Recipe
You will find delicious sleep aiding ingredients in this easy recipe: almond butter, oats, banana, walnuts and honey as a sweetener and helping hand to support your brain to produce melatonin.

Ingredients
1 medium bananaÂ
¼ cup almond butterÂ
2 tbsp honeyÂ
Pinch of saltÂ
1 ½ cups oatsÂ
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut, plus more for rollingÂ
¼ cup finely chopped toasted walnutsÂ
Preparation
1. In a large bowl, mash the banana thoroughly and stir in almond butter, honey, and salt until combined.
2. Add the oats, coconut, and walnuts until mixed. Refrigerate the  mixture for 1-2 hours, then roll into 12 balls. Â
3. Roll each bite in shredded coconut.
