About the Recipe
Good night, dearest friends and sweet dreams!

Ingredients
½ - 1 tsp of ground turmeric
½ tsp of ground ginger
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cardamom or 4 crushed pods
pinch of black pepper
200ml of your preferred milk (diary, oat, soy, etc.)
1 teaspoon of honey, Jaggery or maple syrup
Preparation
1) Place all of the ingredients into a pan over medium heat.
2) Mix well and let it come to a boil. Let it simmer for some minutes.
3) You can pour it into a mug immediately or through a strainer.
4) Add the sweetener of your choosing.
